This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, just a short walk from Bull House and only 300 meters from the bus stop.

Location: the hotel was just off the river and the main train station and the center of town. Overall it was tidy, with a private bathroom.

Rooms were very cramped. No secure parking unless previously arranged which we thought we had done, yet on arrival the few garages they had were taken. A lot of down and outs sleeping in doorways around the town. Pleased we were away from this part.

The hotel was fairly clean with super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff, it was a superb base for one night. The rooms were neat and light, had smoke detectors for safety. Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Saarbruecken.

We had a great experience at Europa Hotel City. the personnel was friendly and spoke English. As a smoker, I appreciated that they had rooms for smokers. the hotel's location is excellent, with a supermarket nearby and just a few minutes' walk to the city center. We also found it convenient to be just a 10-minute walk from the main station and close to shopping centers, while still enjoying a quiet atmosphere. the single room, although small, was clean and well equipped with a window and curtain. the staff was helpful, and both the internet and television worked well. it was a great choice for our short business trip.
